New Year's Eve, organised properly

December 31 is the highest-spend night of your year and the hardest one to staff. We handle the crowd, the ticketing and the door, and we do it the same way in every market we run.

01

A crowd that is already paid

Guests buy their pass weeks before December 31. You get a headcount band in advance instead of hoping for walk-ins.

02

No cost, no cut, no exclusivity

We never charge a venue to join a route and we never take a share of your bar. Every dollar across the bar stays yours.

03

One wristband, easy to spot

Crawl guests are banded at the first venue, so your staff can tell them apart at a glance and keep the door moving.

04

Our hosts, your licence

Our host and scanner work the crawl side of the door all night. Your security still checks ID and still has final say.

How the night runs

December 31, by the clock

Every market runs the same shape, so you know exactly when your room fills and exactly when it empties. Times shift by an hour or two city to city, and your window is fixed in writing before the night.

Two guests laughing at a crawl backdrop

Doors and wristbands

Guests scan their ticket at the wristband venue and get banded. Our host works the door with your staff. Pickup closes at 10:00 PM.

Guests celebrating under balloons and confetti

The crawl moves

Hosts walk the group to the next bar on a staggered schedule, so no venue takes the whole crawl at once.

Three guests laughing in a packed room

The final venue fills

The whole crawl converges on one room before midnight. This is the slot venues ask for first, and the one that sells out first.

Guests with champagne as confetti falls

The countdown

Ten seconds, one room, the whole crawl. The bar runs hot from the toast until last call.

Operations

What we handle, start to finish

A New Year's Eve crawl is a logistics job wearing a party costume. Here is the work behind a night that looks effortless from your side of the bar.

Before the night

  • Route built around your capacity and your busiest window, not ours
  • Written venue agreement covering arrival times, headcount bands and drink specials
  • Walkthrough with your manager and security lead ahead of the date
  • Ticketing, payment processing and all guest comms run on our systems
  • Marketing to our city list plus paid social from October, with your room named on the lineup

On the night

  • Trained hosts on shift at the wristband venue and on every leg of the route
  • Arrivals staggered so a venue fills steadily instead of all at once
  • Our own scanner on the door, so your staff check ID and nothing else
  • An on-call manager reachable all night for any venue on the route
  • Capacity respected without exception. If you are full, the crawl holds or moves on

After the night

  • Scan-level headcount for your room, sent the following week
  • Written report on what landed and what we would change
  • Guest feedback passed on, good and bad, unedited
  • Any guest issue handled by our support team, not your front of house
  • First refusal on next New Year's Eve in your city
Global presence

Midnight worldwide

Eighteen hours of midnights, one operating team

New Year's Eve rolls west across our markets for the better part of a day. The same route plan, the same door standard and the same on-call manager structure run in each one as it reaches its own countdown.

Questions

For venues and partners

What does it cost a venue to join a route?

Nothing. We do not charge venues to be on a route and we do not take a cut of your bar. We agree an arrival window and a drink special, and you keep every dollar that crosses the bar.

How many guests will actually show up?

We give a headcount band rather than a single number, and we confirm it in December as the ticket tiers sell. Arrivals are staggered across the route, so you see a steady fill through your window rather than the whole crawl at once.

Who works the door?

Our host, with our own scanner. Your security still checks ID and still has final say on entry. We never ask a venue to run our ticketing or to accept a screenshot in place of a scan.

What happens if we hit capacity?

The crawl holds or moves to the next stop. Legal capacity is never something we push against, and our host takes direction from your manager on the night.

How old do guests have to be?

Legal drinking age with valid government-issued photo ID. That is 21+ in the United States and the local legal age in every other market. Photos or copies of ID are not accepted.

Can we host the final venue?

Often, yes. The final venue takes the whole crawl in one room from 11:00 PM through the countdown, so it needs the capacity and the staffing to match. It is the slot venues ask for most, so it is worth raising early.

Do you only run New Year's Eve?

December 31 is what this company does, in every market, worldwide. Larger cities sometimes run a second crawl on December 30 or a New Year's Day recovery event, and we will raise that separately if your market supports it.

How far ahead do you book venues?

Routes are locked through the autumn, and the final venue in each city is usually agreed first because it carries the countdown. If you are reading this in the second half of the year, it is worth getting in touch the same week.

How do we start the conversation?

Email us with your city, your room and the nights you are interested in. We will come back with the route we have in mind for your market and a draft agreement.

December 31 only happens once

Tell us the city and the room. We will send the route, the headcount band and the agreement.
